The Center for Childcare Careers, a program of Family Services of Central Massachusetts, promotes four core services to support professional development and program quality:
  • Career Advising and Guidance on Career Pathways to develop a professional development plan
  • Developing Competencies through coursework and attainment of degrees and credentials
  • Coaching and Mentoring to apply learning into work with children and families
  • Achieving and maintaining program quality through accreditation and QRIS, the state system for quality improvement

Provider Appreciation Day is May 11, 2012! Child Care Aware of America is partnering with Smart Horizons to celebrate Provider Appreciation Day by offering an online training course at no charge. Learn More

CCC along with Wheelock/CASE, is offering training to help providers meet QRIS requirements for Level 2 and up.
