- College Tuition Assistance
Policies and Procedures
Scholarships at $150.00 each are available for college
courses taken and completed between July 1, 2002 and May 31,
2003. Child Care Providers must be working in our service
delivery area to apply. The tuition assistance program does not
include courses that are already subsidized by Child Care
Connection or courses for $275.00 or less. Please use the
following steps to apply:
- Enroll in a 3-credit college course that
meets OCCS requirements.
- Pay for the course on your own without any
assistance.
- Send in Tuition Assistance Application
form on Page 9 to Child Care Connection.
- Your Director or Proprietor must sign off
on the Application Form, indicating that you
have not received assistance from their
program. See below.
- Successfully complete the college course
with a grade of "C" or better and
send this documentation along with the
course description to CCC.
Child Care Connection will select candidates by lottery and
notify you in writing of your selection status. If you have any
