Child Care Connection Training Policies

1. On the Training Registration Form, please indicate in which type of child care program you currently work. If you are not currently working in child care, check "other". For group child care, please check the age group with which you work.

2. A minimum of 10 providers is needed in order for a workshop to be held. CCC will issue a full refund or credit only if a workshop is full or cancelled.

3. Weather cancellations will be announced on our weather/emergency line, ext 31 at either phone number: 508-757-1503 or 1-800-278-1503. If workshop is cancelled due to weather, you will be automatically registered for the snow date. No refunds or credits will be available.

4. For college courses, refunds will be available, minus $50.00 processing fee, only if you contact Child Care Connection, 508-757-1503, or 1-800-278-1503 to cancel your enrollment before the first class.

5. CCC will assess an additional $15.00 charge for any returned checks.

6. Family Child Care Systems, Group Child Care Programs and Nursery Schools may register up to two staff per training. If you would like to enroll additional staff or providers into any training, contact CCC to inquire about available space. A separate form is needed for each person.

7. For the professional and personal benefit of participants, only those registered may remain during the training. Please do not bring infants, children or others with you.

8. Priority will be given to Department of Early Education and Care licensed programs in the CCC service delivery area.

9. Pre-registration is required for all workshops. No phone registrations please. Print the Training Registration Form and mail with payment to Child Care Connection, 100 Grove Street, Worcester, 01605 or register online. This is not a secure form. Registrations by credit card may also be faxed to Child Care Connection at 508-849-2089.
