Massachusetts Professional Qualifications Registry (PQ Registry)

If you are currently working in early education or out-of-school time in an EEC-licensed center-based program or family child care home in Massachusetts, you will need to register to comply with the regulations issued in January 2010. Educators, including assistants, who work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school age children in EEC-licensed settings are required to register. EEC is also asking educators in programs that are not subject to EEC licensure but that are participating in EEC's Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) pilot register. Please note that having an EEC teacher certification does not mean that you are already registered.

Beginning July 1, 2011 all providers must provide a PQ number when registering for CCC trainings.

MAIL: Use the Training Registration Form, print and send with payment to:

DROP-IN: Print Training Registration Form and bring form and payment to: Center for Childcare Careers between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
FAX: Print Training Registration Form and fax with credit card payment only to: 508-791-4755
ONLINE with credit card payment only, using the Training Registration Form. You will need the course # to complete form. Listed above next to training title.
