MAIL: Use the Training Registration Form, print and send with payment to:

DROP-IN: Print Training Registration Form and bring form and payment to:
Child Care Connection between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
FAX: Print Training Registration Form and fax with credit card payment only to: 508-791-4755
ONLINE with credit card payment only, using the Training Registration Form. You will need the course # to complete form. Listed above next to training title.
