There are four ways to register:

Training Registration Form and bring form and payment to:
Child Care Connection between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
FAX: Print Training
Registration Form and fax with credit card payment only to: 508-849-2089
ONLINE with credit card payment only, using the
Training Registration Form.
